Parkland Post – 5th November

This week

It has been a very cold start to the week and to this half term, we hope you all had a restful October break!

Parents Evening

You should have had your parents’ evening letter this week, this year parents’ evening will take place on Monday the 29th November. Monday night will be for face to face appointments. You can opt for a telephone call instead which will mean the teacher will call you during that week after school. Please choose one option if possible. You can note down any preference of days or times that are convenient to you on your letter. Please return your slip by November 15th so we can then allocate appointments.

Only people who are attending face to face appointments on Monday will get a letter with a time slot. Phone calls will be made when possible over the next 4 days.

Miss Moncaster

We are sad to say that Miss Moncaster will be leaving us at Christmas. We know that this will be a big change for both your children and yourselves and we will keep you updated with who will be teaching in Year one in the Spring term. We wish Miss Moncaster all the best.

Bonfire night / weekend

As it is Bonfire Night tonight we hope whatever you are getting up to this evening and over the weekend you have a good time, and most of all that everyone stays safe. We will see you all back Monday for another fabulous week of learning!
